The Draper First Fix Venom Double Ground Tool Box Saw is a 350mm hand saw designed for fast, efficient cutting in carpentry and first fix applications. Manufactured from high-quality 1mm thick 65Mn carbon steel, the blade undergoes a precise hardening, tempering, straightening and stress-relieving process to guarantee strength and maintain a perfectly straight cutting edge throughout its working life. The double ground tooth design delivers aggressive cutting performance with optimal sawdust clearance in both forward and reverse strokes, making it particularly effective for timber framing, joinery and general construction work. The finely ground blade surface features an ultra-tough lacquer coating that protects against corrosion whilst reducing friction during use, ensuring smoother, faster cuts with less effort. An ergonomic soft-grip handle provides excellent comfort and control even during prolonged sawing sessions, reducing hand fatigue on demanding first fix jobs. The 7tpi/8ppi tooth configuration makes this toolbox saw ideal for carpenters, joiners and contractors working with softwood and hardwood in residential and commercial construction projects.
