This 80mm heavy-duty swivel castor with total lock is the most compact option available, making it perfect for smaller workshop equipment, compact tool storage solutions, and space-conscious applications where a lower profile is advantageous. Despite its smaller dimensions, the 80mm wheel diameter maintains the same heavy-duty construction and professional-grade performance characteristics as the larger variants. The castor features a durable nylon wheel with cast aluminium core, ensuring robust performance even in demanding trade environments. The compact size makes it particularly suitable for under-bench storage units, smaller mobile toolboxes, and equipment where height clearance is limited. The swivel mechanism provides excellent manoeuvrability in tight workshop spaces, whilst the total lock function delivers complete stability by simultaneously securing both the wheel rotation and swivel movement.
