This 80mm heavy-duty swivel castor with total lock is the compact option in the range, perfectly suited for applications where space efficiency is essential without compromising on build quality. The 80mm wheel diameter makes it ideal for smaller trolleys, compact tool chests, and mobile storage units where a lower profile is advantageous whilst still requiring professional-grade performance. Despite its smaller size, this castor maintains the same heavy-duty construction as its larger counterparts, with a nylon wheel mounted on a cast aluminium core for reliable, long-lasting operation. The total lock mechanism provides the same comprehensive security, locking both wheel rotation and swivel action to keep your equipment stable when stationary. The bolt hole mounting system ensures secure, permanent fixing suitable for regular workshop use.
