Perfect for use in toilets, warehouses and corridors to reduce the amount of electricity used and save money on energy bills. It is suitable for use with LED lights, fluorescent lights, incandescent lamps, energy saving lamps or fans. It can be mounted to a wall or ceiling via the supplied fixing screws and thanks to its IP44 Rating, it be install outdoors or in bathrooms. If required, more than one of these PIR switches can be linked in parallel to make a circuit live, this could be useful at the top and bottom of a stair case Or in a larger space when all lights in that space need to be turned on at the same time, no matter where motion is detected in that space. OCCPANCY With traditional PIRs, once the timer has started, thats it, you would then have to wave your hand or move when the light goes off to reset the light which can be frustrating. Our occupancy sensors will constantly reset their timer providing someone is within the sensors range. This means that any connected lights will only turn off when the switch hasn t detected movement for your selected period of time. Lux Our occupancy sensors have a lux setting which will only allow your lights to be turned on when a light level falls below are certain point and when motion is detected. For example, your garden lights won t come on during the day when you walk past them if you set the correct lux level. Timer When the switch is triggered, it will keep your lights on for a certain period of time. This switch has the following timer settings: 10 Seconds, 30 Seconds, 90 Seconds, 3 Minutes, 7 Minutes or 15 minutes. When motion is detected by the sensor, the timer will reset.
