It hardly ever runs to seed in the first year, so you can be sure of a bumper crop of tasty leaves over a long period. With an autumn and spring sowing you can even harvest leaves virtually all year round. Spinach Beet is exceptionally hardy so it will happily stand under cloches throughout the winter months. Regular harvesting will promote more and more young leaves. The dark, green leaves of Spinach Beet ‘Perpetual’ are succulent and tasty. Perfect for steaming as a hot vegetable or eating raw in salads, sandwiches or as a delicious garnish.Leaf Beet is undemanding. Sow directly into any garden soil outdoors in spring or autumn. Refunds
