Its young leaves are excellent for salads and stir fries, while the white hearts are suitable for various kitchen preparations, including pickling. This cabbage variety exhibits good resistance to tip burn and bolting, making it a reliable choice for your vegetable garden. It is essential to water the cabbages consistently, especially during dry periods, and to feed them with a high nitrogen fertiliser throughout the growing season.
