B&Q - Allium Lavender BubblesOrnamental Perennial PlantHardy Plant In Pot
Allium 'Lavender Bubbles' is a striking ornamental onion that produces eye-catching lavender-purple blooms in early summer. The flowers form dense, rounded heads that rise on tall, upright stems, making them a perfect addition to borders, beds, and containers. This perennial not only brings vibrant colour but also attracts pollinators, enhancing the biodiversity of any garden. Its strong architectural form makes it ideal for both modern and traditional garden designs. Growing to a height of 60 cm with a spread of 30 cm, Allium 'Lavender Bubbles' is drought-tolerant once established and thrives in full sun with well-drained soil. It requires minimal care, making it an excellent choice for gardeners seeking low-maintenance yet impactful plants. Ideal for sunny spots, it’s perfect for creating a focal point or adding structure to a mixed perennial border. Regular deadheading can encourage prolonged blooming, while the seed heads can provide added interest later in the season. Please Note: Images are for illustrative purposes only and designed to be a representation of the item(s) being sold. Depending on seasonality, deciduous plants may be supplied in their dormant state and without leaves. Plants may also be pruned back, lower than stated heights, to encourage new growth.
