B&Q - Eco Square Fibre Biodegradable And Compostable Plant Pots (5Cm)Pack Of 144
Fantastic value set of 144 fibre plant pots that are compostable and will biodegrade with use. Simply fill with compost and plant your seeds; when the seedlings have germinated the roots will grow through the fibre pot, so they can be planted out straight into the soil
Measuring 5cm high and wide, this bulk pack contains 144 square, plastic-free pots, so there are plenty to help get your seedlings off to a great start.
Key benefits:
Benefits the seedlings:
As these pots can be put straight into the soil when the seedlings are
ready, there is no shock to the seedling from being transplanted - the
roots grow through the fibre
Benefits the roots:
The porous nature of the fibre allows for good aeration as well as
extra moisture retention, encouraging the roots to grow outwards
Sustainable: As well as being peat and plastic free, as the pots break down and decompose, they release their nutrients back into the soil
Dimensions: The pots measure 5cm by 5cm by 5cm
