Measurement of soil acidity (pH): 1. Prepare a one-time sample of the substrate, preferably collected in several places (300g - 400g), removing pebbles, blades of grass, roots, leaves, etc. 2. Pour the soil into a 0.5 liter jar, add water to make the soil muddy. 3. Wipe the tip of the meter carefully with rough paper or a brush and insert the probe into the prepared surface. 4. The reading should be taken after 60 seconds on the scale of the device. Additional notes: 1. It is recommended to thoroughly wipe the sensor of the meter with a cloth or towel immediately after the measurement. 2. The device is used to measure the pH of the soil only. 3. It is not allowed to put the device directly into water or chemical solutions. 4. Plants should be watered only when the meter readings are lower than recommended. In the case of soil pH regulation - all fertilizers are used in relation to the measurement results.
